Kim and Dawn have over 40 years of combined experience in Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, Market and User Research, and Non-profit volunteerism and governance. Kim Jenkins, PhD.
Kim is an engineering and business leader and strategy consultant with more than 20 years of chemical engineering, project management, IT, and non-profit experience. She has worked in the chemical, biotech, and IT industries successfully leading global teams to success. From process design and improvement to strategic planning, Kim tailors her approach to help solve your toughest problems and move your organization forward.
Kim is passionate about using her business skills and experience to help non-profit organizations reach their goals. She brings a wealth of non-profit experience from many diverse organizations. Kim has provided strategic planning and fundraising consulting to numerous non-profits, served as Board President of a human services non-profit, was Vice-Chair of the Issaquah Human Services Commission, and worked as a United Way Loaned Executive.

Senior Consultant
Pam Lloyd
Pam recently retired from Blue Origin as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer where she led process improvement strategies and activities for cross-functional organizations, such as New Shepard, Engines, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Production.
Prior to Blue, Pam was a Senior Production Engineering Manager at the Boeing Company, where she led Interiors New Products and Capabilities PE teams (Interiors Verticals, Process Engineering, Pre-Production Center, Additive Manufacturing) and served as the Interiors Additive Leader. Previously, Pam led 737 Program-level Integration and Rapid Problem Resolution, enabling urgency and responsiveness for future Production System strategies and support 12-Hour Takt. In 2016-2018, Pam led the 737 Business Operations Value Stream Execution team and in 2014-2016, Pam provided leadership as the 737 Wings Airframe Process Engineering Manager. Pam was awarded the 737 Production Engineering Award for Excellence (Aug 2016). Pam has been active at Boeing by leading continuous improvement (Lean+) and high performance work teams in multiple disciplines such as Manufacturing (777 Structures, 777 Program, 777 Field and 777 Interiors) and Production Engineering (737, Interiors and Boeing Commercial). Pam led employee involvement teams implementing process improvements as enablers to critical path, overtime reductions and workflow management, resulting in 25% less cost in labor, 80% reduction in NCR counts and flight deck build defects. Pam created and implemented an exciting Lean Engagement Baseball game, cited in multiple Lean Manufacturing Assessments as one of the Boeing company’s best practices. This creative and fun approach has been an innovative way to engage Engineering in Lean and bring Lean+ into the everyday activities of all employees.
Prior to Boeing, Pam’s experience in the healthcare industry focused on employee involvement increasing team ownership and commitment and fostering an environment where people chose to be motivated and contributing.

Pam holds BA degrees in French and Political Science, a MBA, a Six Sigma Black Belt and is AIW and VSM certified.
